Start with these checks

  • Update EverPieces: Train Tracks and iOS to the latest supported version.
  • Confirm the device has free storage and restart the app.
  • Check Camera in iOS Settings if a layout photo is not available.
  • For restore issues, confirm the active Apple Account used for the purchase.
  • Never send a private build photo unless support explicitly needs it and provides an approved secure method.

Full library purchase

The full library is a one-time App Store purchase with no subscription. It permanently unlocks 43 additional layouts; the five free layouts remain available without a purchase.

Purchase does not renew

The full library purchase is non-consumable. It does not renew or expire, and there is no subscription to cancel.

Restore Purchases

Sign into the Apple Account used for the purchase, then open the Full Library screen and choose Restore Purchases. Restored access depends on Apple's verified transaction record.

Closed-loop check

Every guided layout includes a closed-loop check so the track forms a complete circuit that a train can travel. Use the exact piece list to gather the pieces, then follow the 3D steps.

Camera and photos

A photo of a completed layout is optional and stays on the device. If camera access is off, finish without a photo. Photos are never uploaded or shared automatically.

Data and privacy

Train Tracks works without an account: progress and photos stay on the device. Deleting the app removes locally stored data. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Email: support@everpieces.com. Please include the app version, iOS version, device model, what you expected, and what happened. Do not attach photos containing people or private information.

For a privacy request, put “Privacy request” in the subject. For a payment charged by Apple, Apple may need to handle the billing or refund request; we can still help diagnose access and restore status.
