Start with these checks
- Update EverPieces and iOS to the latest supported version.
- Confirm the device has free storage and restart the app.
- Check Camera, Photos, and Notifications in iOS Settings.
- For account or restore issues, confirm the active Apple ID.
- Never send a private build photo unless support explicitly needs it and provides an approved secure method.

Camera and photos
A build photo is optional. If camera access is off, finish without a photo or choose a build image from the system picker. Original photos stay in app-private device storage by default.
Sign in with Apple
Local play does not require an account. Sign in is used for cloud progress, purchases, restore, account controls, and any approved AI feature.
Purchases and restore
Worlds are one-time App Store purchases. Sign into the correct Apple and EverPieces accounts, then open Purchases and choose Restore Purchases.
Notifications
Build reminders are optional local notifications. Change or disable them in EverPieces Settings or your device notification settings.
Delete an account
Open Settings, choose Account, then Delete Account. The app explains server deletion, local-device erasure, saved/shared copies, and any minimal commerce records before confirmation.
AI photo features
AI photo processing is not available in the current release. If enabled later, it will require a signed-in adult and a separate, just-in-time choice before upload.

Email: support@everpieces.com. Please include the app version, iOS version, device model, what you expected, and what happened. Do not attach photos containing people or private information.
For a privacy request, put “Privacy request” in the subject. For a payment charged by Apple, Apple may need to handle the billing or refund request; we can still help diagnose EverPieces access and restore status.
