Start with these checks
- Update EverPieces: Magnetic Sticks and iOS to the latest supported version.
- Confirm the device has free storage and restart the app.
- Check Camera in iOS Settings if a build photo is not available.
- For restore issues, confirm the active Apple ID.
- Never send a private build photo unless support explicitly needs it and provides an approved secure method.

Camera and photos
A photo of a completed build is optional and stays on the device. If camera access is off, finish without a photo. Photos are never uploaded or shared automatically.
Full library purchase
The full library is a one-time App Store purchase with no subscription. Sign into the Apple Account used for the purchase, then open the store and choose Restore Purchases.
Piece lists
Every guided build shows the exact sticks and balls it needs, and colors do not have to match. Choose builds that fit the pieces you already have.
Data and privacy
Magnetic Sticks works without an account: progress and photos stay on the device. Deleting the app removes locally stored data. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Compatibility
The app guides builds for common magnetic stick-and-ball systems with standard connectors. If a piece shape is missing, choose a build that uses the shapes you own.
Updates
The app is updated through the App Store. New builds and fixes arrive as free app updates.

For a privacy request, put “Privacy request” in the subject. For a payment charged by Apple, Apple may need to handle the billing or refund request; we can still help diagnose access and restore status.
